I know it's important to know what to expect when you come to therapy and know what you are walking into. It can feel as though going to see a therapist is intimidating or scary.

But that doesn't need to be the case!

To help with some of those nerves, I want to put your worries at ease by showing you what you would be walking into. I purposely put a lot of thought into the set up of the therapeutic space to make it as safe and warm and welcoming as possible. I believe that in order for therapy to work, one has to be comfortable to want to connect. Not only is lighting important, but other sensory items are available to use in session (weighted blanket, coloring books, fidgets, Buddha Board, sand play, tea/coffee/water, etc.).

So join me in a visual tour of the space...
